SDR Team Leader
A well funded, rapidly growing B2B SaaS Fintech startup is looking for an SDR Team Leader to join their growing company in Petach Tikva.
They are currently operating in a hybrid model - partially from the office and partially from home.

What you’ll do
The SDR team lead will be responsible for defining, measuring, and implementing best practices for the outbound SDRs.
Establish metrics and qualification criteria and help the team improve by understanding their performance.
Hire, onboard, and train SDRs to help them meet their individual goals with daily side-by-side coaching as well as call monitoring, call shadowing, role play, and performance reporting.
Monitor and refine lead processes; continually optimize the lead scoring, qualification flows, email cadences across all selling tools to improve productivity.
Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities leveraging our Sales-stack, prospecting processes, and supporting collateral.
Actively identify and prospect enterprise leads to expand our market share.
What we’re looking for
You have 1+ years of experience in managing a high-performing team (MUST)
You have 2+ years of B2B SaaS SDR experience, exceeding goals in a quota carrying prospecting and/or closing, ideally to US Markets.
Native Level English - a MUST
You lead by example: You are quick to pick up the phone and make calls with your team to help them learn.
You are a self-starter; comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs, and delivering against them.
Experience with Sales-stack including tools such as: Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, Zoominfo
You have a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships.
You have proven experience and passion for coaching, motivating, and growing the people you work with.
You have the ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex software products.
