Product Marketing Manager - IT
Our client, an international leader in providing comprehensive IT management solutions is looking to recruit an amazing Product Marketing Manager to their team.
Strong candidates are product-oriented individuals with extensive experience creating and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns that grow product awareness and adoption.
They’ll be able to effectively partner with product development teams, developing and launching new products that clearly identify and address customer needs. They will conduct extensive research of the market and our competitors, and use this knowledge to determine product strategy and support sales enablement. They’ll be able to equip our sales and customer success teams with the right strategies, content, and other resources to help them succeed.
The right candidate will have a proven track record driving measurable business results by crafting and executing go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and growth initiatives, and will be ready to step into a key role at a fast-growing and dynamic tech company.
What you’ll do:
Be an expert in our products and our market. Understand our customers’ interests and needs
Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
Develop product marketing strategies including product launches, GTM, and targeted campaigns
Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
Work closely with sales and product teams to develop key messaging, and value proposition
Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle
Create marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, ) that articulate the benefits of our products
Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years in a product marketing position for a SaaS company
Product management experience is a significant plus
Experience in market and competitive analysis
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Exceptional project management skills
Proven track record of executing successful product launches
Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
English as mother tongue - MUST
