Product Marketing Manager
Our great client, an international leader in IT management solutions is looking to recruit a highly qualified and professional Product Marketing Manager.
As a product marketing manager, you’ll collaborate across the company to help attract new customers and nurture our vast customer base into loyal advocates. You’ll do this by developing in-depth market, customer, and product insight, translating that insight into sales tools, messaging, and content and product adoption programs that will be used in our demand generation, sales, product planning, and adoption programs.
What you will do:
Customer Insight: Develop in-depth knowledge of our customers, their buyer, and user personas as well as their buyer’s and user’s journey. Conduct quantitative analysis on customer segmentation and usage data.
Market Intelligence: Develop in-depth knowledge of the ITSM market, the competitive offerings in the market, and our USPs.
Product Knowledge: Become a product evangelist, develop in-depth knowledge of our solutions’ value proposition, use cases, and components.
Positioning & Messaging: develop compelling positioning and messaging that shows our value and differentiation.
Content: Produce assets that will help our customer-facing teams demonstrate the value of our company: value proposition, testimonial videos, case studies, webinars, white papers, blog posts, etc. Work directly with writers, designers, and other creative professionals to deliver world-class product marketing assets.
Customers: design and deliver programs that will drive product usage, adoption, and expansion.
Demand Generation: Support our demand generation team by providing them with the insight, positioning, messaging, and content needed to create new demand.
Sales Enablement: Enable the Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Care with presentations, collateral, competitive analysis, product videos, demos, insights, best practices, and training. Work within those teams to drive adoption and usage.
4+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing, for a SaaS or Tech product
You’ve worked with product teams on the entire lifecycle of product marketing
You have experience working closely with B2B sales teams and helping them sell more effectively.
You have experience conducting customer research (incl. interviews) and analysis
You have experience working in a global environment
You are English-native or possess an outstanding written English
Experience and/or knowledge of the consumer goods / retail industry is an advantage
You have great analytical skills and a solid project management capability.
