This person will be responsible for Research data and analyzing market signals to identify opportunities for features and products, while working with product and engineering teams.

Leverage data to understand creators and their communities in-depth, identify areas of opportunity, and curate creators for product features, and carry out ad hoc analysis according to business needs.
Plan, monitor and analyze A/B tests for new features.
Having the ability to work across multiple data sources in order to research and capture full activity and to set requirements for our BI development team when identifying technical gaps
Be an analytical focal point for anything related to monitoring and visibility by building reports, alerts, and dashboards.
3+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company/e-commerce/online gaming industry
Passion for making sense of user behavior in the gaming industry
Deep understanding of online metrics (Attribution funnels, user acquisition KPIs)
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics or other quantitative field
Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
Proven strong Excel skills
Proven experience in creating product dashboards and other analytical visualizations
Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines, geographies and time-zones to achieve success
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Effective communication skills - Excellent level of verbal and written English a must
