A small yet extremely impactful E-commerce SaaS startup is looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic Partnerships Manager, who will develop and nurture meaningful global partnerships, work closely with managers and leaders across the organization, and help define and execute our partnerships roadmap and strategy.

2+ years of global business development/partnerships experience working in the online industry ecosystem, including channel and technology companies.
Strong understanding of the E-Commerce landscape (e.g. SaaS solutions, agencies).
Comfortable holding and executing technical discussions related to product integrations and partner onboarding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in English (written and verbal).
Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
A fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment.
Self-starter and independent. Ability to take an entire project from A to Z.
Research and identify partners key players and keep track of developments in the relevant markets, to generate product and channel partnerships (Agencies, influencers, tech partners, and others).
Reach out to potential partners, define value propositions, and joint use cases, and work with internal teams (e.g. product, marketing, success) to drive partnerships to successful execution.
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to the sourcing of partnerships and relationship management, which is based on a deep understanding of our offering, business needs, and industry dynamics.
Proactively track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
Help develop and lead our partnerships roadmap and strategy.
