PA & Office Manager

A boutique international consulting family company is looking for a multilingual and experienced Personal Assistant & Office Manager in Tel Aviv.

The Office Manager has to ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis, manage administrative tasks, and provide To provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the smooth running of office administration,

  • To coordinate meetings, including booking external venues, sending out reminders, and setting dates in liaison with the chair or senior staff

  • Booking flights, transport, and accommodations

  • Manage the purchase and maintenance of office and kitchen equipment, facilities, and services dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries

  • preparing letters, presentations, and reports

  • managing office budgets

  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • attending meetings with senior management

  • To organize refreshments for meetings, including ordering food and making tea and coffee.

  • Basic bookkeeping responsibilities

  • Host and welcome clients and executives in the office


  • Mother tongue French/ Italian /Russian - must

  • Fluent in English & Conversational Hebrew - must

  • minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PA to an Executive

  • Able to be in the office on a daily base from 9-5 pm (after the lockdown)
