PA & Office Manager

A boutique international consulting family company is looking for a multilingual and experienced Personal Assistant & Office Manager in Tel Aviv.
The Office Manager has to ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis, manage administrative tasks, and provide To provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the smooth running of office administration,
To coordinate meetings, including booking external venues, sending out reminders, and setting dates in liaison with the chair or senior staff
Booking flights, transport, and accommodations
Manage the purchase and maintenance of office and kitchen equipment, facilities, and services dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
preparing letters, presentations, and reports
managing office budgets
implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
attending meetings with senior management
To organize refreshments for meetings, including ordering food and making tea and coffee.
Basic bookkeeping responsibilities
Host and welcome clients and executives in the office
Requirements:
Mother tongue French/ Italian /Russian - must
Fluent in English & Conversational Hebrew - must
minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PA to an Executive
Able to be in the office on a daily base from 9-5 pm (after the lockdown)
