Our client, a startup that specializes in providing a fully automated web accessibility solution is looking for a Director of Sales who will lead a team of Outreach Managers to master the art of lead qualification and development.
Hire, train, lead and manage a team of Outreach managers who are responsible for qualifying and developing inbound MQLs, while identifying and researching prospective clients through a mixture of research, cold calling, and personalized email campaigns.
Set business development priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales
Achieve monthly targets set by management
Lead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual team members.
Provide ongoing market feedback reports and ways to refine positioning and inbound strategies.
Motivate and maintain high morale and culture success for the team.
4+ years in selling in a B2B company
2+ years of management experience in a business development environment
Native English Speaker- a Must!
Experience selling in the US Market
Track record of developing and mentoring Business Development Reps
Experience using and implementing a sales methodology
Possess strong leadership skills
Superior organization, communication and time management skills
Passionate and highly productive in a fast-paced environment
