Office Manager & PA

Location: 

Tel Aviv

A boutique international consulting company is looking for a multilingual Office Manager & PA to join their team in Tel Aviv.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the smooth running of office administration,

  • To coordinate meetings and bookings

  • Support the CEO and other staff with appointment setting, calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. 

  • Assist in board and founder relations, including scheduling, document preparation and logistics for board meetings.

  • Personal assistance for the CEO


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Conversational Hebrew - must

  • Additional language like Russian/Italian/French - bonus

  • Expereince working in an international environment

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to be in the office on a daily basis from 9-5 pm
