Office Manager

Our cool client is an international leader in providing comprehensive IT management solutions is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our HQ located in Airport City.


The candidate must be bright, highly organized, service-oriented, resourceful, and extremely detail-oriented.

Working closely with the company’s CEO, CFO, and managing all office administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Suppliers – find relevant vendors, negotiate offers, prepare internal purchase orders, make sure invoices are approved by the relevant managers, provide relevant information to the finance team.

  • Manage routine orders (kitchen, office, cleaning, and general equipment).

  • Schedule executives meetings and prepare meeting rooms.

  • Prepare data for employee payroll – presence, absence and other supplier information.

  • Respond to employees queries quickly and efficiently.

  • Shipping documents and packages.

  • Assisting the bookkeeping team.

  • Plan and manage company events.

  • Booking and arranging business travel (transportation, itinerary and accommodation) for employees.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • Availability for a full time position: 9:00-18:00/10:00-19:00.

  • Service-oriented, patient, with a keen sense of detail.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and routinely shifting demands.

  • Self-starter, ability to work independently.

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure.
