Our amazing client develops revolutionary 4D imaging technology, which was initially designed for breast-cancer screening and has expanded to solutions for smart home, security, retail, robotics, automotive, agriculture, and much more.


They are expanding and looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing HR team for a full-time position. 


As an office admin, you will be the face of daily life at our office. You will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and suppliers on all office needs and have a direct influence on their service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s ongoing operations, ensuring a pleasant working environment, and full response to all administrative needs.


Job responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing administration, employee experience duties, and HR coordination (office maintenance, supplies, equipment, parking, meeting rooms, food, deliveries, guest welcoming…etc.)

  • Supporting the employee onboarding processes.

  • Assisting the HR Team with special projects and events from time to time.

  • Staying up-to-date on company and team happenings and priorities, and keeping the finger on the pulse of the company’s needs.

Job requirements:

  • Hands-on, people-oriented, B.A graduate.

  • Excellent and fluent Hebrew and English, with verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and to prioritize tasks.

  • Willingness to commit to a long-term job.
