Growth Marketing Manager

Our awesome client is a successful fitness-tech startup located in the heart of Tel Aviv. They offer fitness training solutions for everyone, from elite athletes to complete newbies. Their products have built-in sensors to measure fitness performance in real-time so that customers can see their performance and progress on our personal training app.


What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to manage our marketing efforts within the fitness market, for the purpose of promoting brand awareness.

As a marketing leader, you will lead our segmentation and marketing automation strategy, be responsible for the management and growth of all our paid marketing channels

(Google Ads, FB and other social channels, SEM, Amazon, etc), launch full-funnel lead nurturing campaigns and manage global agencies.


Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution across multiple digital channels to drive new consumer customer acquisition

  • Constantly try new and creative growth hacks that may never have been done before

  • Fully own ad creative, copy, assets, and landing pages so that you are fully empowered and unhindered to succeed in your job

  • Optimize conversion rates at all times

  • Run lots and lots of A/B tests

  • Manage fast-growing pre-defined customer acquisition budget

  • Identify, purchase, or subscribe to any and all tools, products, and services needed to be successful

  • Manage global marketing agencies in the USA and Israel.

  • Digital acquisition journey design (by lead sources and persona types), and business requirement definition.

  • Track and improve conversion rate throughout the app/web acquisition journey, leveraging data analytics insights

  • Developing understandings of consumer behaviors, which provide insight into potential commercialization or revenue generation opportunities.

  • Design and drive retargeting activities by working closely with company operations, distribution channels, Content Insights, and Marketing functions.

  • Seamlessly managing interaction points and delivering the most content and messaging to our customers and prospects, post-campaign analysis, and reporting.


Requirements:

  • Proven success in applicable consumer customer acquisition roles, at least 4 years of experience in a leading B2C company.

  • Expert in eCommerce/B2C funnels

  • Ability to operate in a fully autonomous manner i.e. to be a "one woman" or "one-man" show. 

  • Should be able to execute unencumbered by dependence on internal copywriters, designers, developers

  • Excellent experience in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Expert with Google Ads, Facebook, and other paid channels (e.g. SEM, YouTube, TikTok, etc)

  • Data-driven mindset and practitioner of the build -> measure -> learn -> repeat approach

  • Self-starter and able to excel without a lot of structure and micromanagement

  • Analytical and creative thinking

  • Passionate about learning new techniques and best practices

  • A team player!

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
