Executive Assistant to CEO
We’re looking for an executive assistant for a Founder and CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established executive in a startup environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will need to be capable of thinking 3 steps ahead, maintain a ‘can do’ positive mindset, manage basic finances, maintain organized databases, be a fluent English speaker (both written and verbal) and provide full support to the CEO. This is a full-time position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Provide full support and assistance to the CEO
Conduct in-depth research and administrative duties
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings
Attend meetings, prepare summaries, and follow-up tasks
Schedule and coordinate team activities
Oversee all travel arrangements
Native level written/verbal language skills in English and Hebrew required*
At least 2 years of experience working closely with executives or
stakeholders in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable institution.
Highly detail-oriented while seeing the big picture
Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Exceptionally organized and competent individual
Focused diligent team member with the ability to multi-task under pressure
Quick thinker, savvy problem solver, and a positive attitude
