They are looking for an experienced events manager to strategize, plan and execute digital and in-person events from start to finish. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key business model within their growing company. We’re looking for a fast-paced individual who thrives on challenges, can create world-class memorable experiences, and has exceptional attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years of End-to-End B2B event planning experience.
Experience creating and managing small and large conference events in-person and online.
Proven track record of selling sponsorships in the 10K, 50K, and 100K+ range
Experience planning high-level events for executives, VIPs, and government officials
Ability to create campaigns and drive event attendance
Ability to work with subject matter experts to assemble content, speakers list, and panels
Has a strong network of connections with various vendors, sponsors, and companies
MBA in Public Relations, Communications or Hospitality (Advantage)
Strong team player who can coordinate across departments
Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage event activity and drive pipeline to meet event revenue targets and company goals
Effectively propose and maintain budgets and demonstrable ROI
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
