Customer Support Specialist

Bursa, Ramat Gan

Our client, an amazing mission-driven AI startup in the web-accessibility field is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to guide customers and support them through their journey with us. The person will be the first point of contact for our clients and is expected to deliver a personalized and informed support experience through deep knowledge of our platform and offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via online chat and emails

  • Work closely with the Sales Engineers to help resolve in-depth technical issues

  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines.

  • Grow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service/support experience

  • Native English speaker- a MUST!

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, or phone

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Computer skills in various software and web-based applications such as Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly


Working hours: Monday-Thursday with 2 Fridays a month from 3-12 am
