Customer Success Manager -ad-tech
Our amazing client is a global ad-tech company, specializing in personalized monetization solutions and mobile application distribution and is looking for a CSM to join their growing team.
As CSM, you will be:
Manages relationships with top-grossing app developers from all over the world that have partnered with us, using our proprietary machine-learning driven platform.
Ensure we provide our partners with the most value and best service possible, as well as provide them with marketing insights that can be used across other channels.
Work closely with the company’s leadership and product teams, and work hands-on in order to be able to meet and exceed customer expectations and introduce their feedback in order to drive required changes and additions to the platform.
Desired experience and skills:
2+ years of B2B CSM experience, for data-driven products with big data or machine learning on a high scale.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel.
High level of proficiency in English for daily communication.
Start-up state of mind and hands-on mentality.
Experience with SQL/Python - a strong advantage
Willingness to learn and to take on additional responsibilities, face difficult and challenging tasks with a positive, can-do attitude
Self-motivation, goal-orientation, reliability, and responsibility.
