Customer Success Manager

What you'll do:
Serve as the Customer’s advocate & focal point for escalations, requests and solutions
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Present and promote solutions for customer needs
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and help the sales team close business
What to bring:
Fluent in English - A must
Customer Success experience at high tech companies (minimum 2 years)
Experience with up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
