Customer Success Manager

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the Customer’s advocate & focal point for escalations, requests and solutions

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Present and promote solutions for customer needs

  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and help the sales team close business

What to bring:

  • Fluent in English - A must

  • Customer Success experience at high tech companies (minimum 2 years)

  • Experience with up-selling and cross-selling existing clients

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic environment

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
