Customer Success Manager

vitamins and pharmaceutical companies. Together with them, they are leading the IoT revolution in the consumer-packaged goods Vitamins & supplements, and pharmaceutical spaces.

The Customer Success Manager will:

  • lead post-sale customer implementation project/pilot till success and further growth. 

  • Being responsible for a variety of customers, in different geographical locations.

  • The model that they operate is B2B2C hence supporting and guiding customers (which are CPG brands), implementing the product with their customers, that are Consumer end users.

  • The CSM will establish relationships with the project/ pilot leaders on the customer side, present methodology, tools, and implementation support.

  • She or he will teach, train and support clarification and explanation of the client’s new product, being able to distill the complexities of data into meaningful and useful information for clients’ success. 

  • Project management is critical to the success of the CSM, as she or he must also be the connecting puzzle piece for internal teams and client expectations.


  • 2+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to onboard, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty

  • Project management skills such as project planning, onboarding, timelines, deliverable definitions, status communications, and project success criteria

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - must

  • Expertise in the space of consumer technological product or CPG/FMCG brands - advantage
