Customer Review Specialist - Student/Part-time
Our client, a leading tech company that offers peer-to-peer reviews for enterprise software products is looking for hungry Call Center Specialists to join their amazing marketing team.
The role is a work from home, part-time (flexible) position with a minimum of 4 hours per day work, from Monday-Thursday. Hours are US business hours (between 4 pm-12/1 am)
To collects reviews of enterprise tech solutions via 15-20 phone minute interviews of our registered users. The role is to call our registered users to collect a review of the technology products they use.
High-speed Internet at home
Salesforce experience a plus
SalesLoft experience a plus
Existing knowledge of a wide range of enterprise tech solutions. Including but not limited to cybersecurity, DevOps, infrastructure, and enterprise apps. a plus
An interest in gaining additional knowledge of enterprise tech solutions.
Attention to detail - a must. We're sticklers about quality and you should be too!
Excellent English communication skills.
Call center experience - a plus.
