Customer Retention Specialist
Our client, a fast-growing diamond bridal jewelry e-commerce retailer – is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join its Herzliya-based marketing team. You will be responsible
for delighting and engaging customers through a compelling program of customer advocacy, loyalty, and retention. This position will report to the Head of CRM.
Manage and maintain customer engagement and advocacy programs (reviews, loyalty, refer-a-friend, and brand ambassadors) to ensure continued activation and conversions throughout the customer journey, from purchase through retention and advocacy.
Work in conjunction with the broader team including designers, email marketing, and developers to create and manage campaign messaging, creative and approvals.
Identify strong UGC and work with the entire team to leverage it through different marketing channels.
Measure the effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts and drive continuous improvements.
Identify and build rapport with customers to increase their growth in the loyalty program, referrals, advocacy, and lifetime value.
A successful candidate will have a passion for serving and understanding customers. They must have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort analyzing and evaluating campaigns to enable data-driven recommendations
Native English (written and oral)
Understanding of the US or other Anglo eCommerce consumer markets
