Customer Marketing Manager

Our client, which is an international leader in IT management solutions is looking to recruit a highly talented passionate Customer Marketing Manager to manage large-scale and sophisticated customer conversion journeys.


Reporting to the VP Demand Generation, the Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible to design, develop and execute effective campaigns to drive traffic and leads from our existing customer base.


This role requires a high level of creativity, outstanding writing skills, and digital marketing knowledge.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Marketing/Campaign Manager in a global tech company.


Responsibilities

  • Create marketing strategies and programs focused on increasing expansion and retention for existing customers.

  • Initiate, execute and optimize sophisticated marketing programs and email campaigns to generate leads and upsells/cross-sells opportunities.

  • Plan and execute online events (webinars) to deepen relationships with customers

  • Run ongoing A/B tests on different performance parameters and develop playbooks

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Sales

  • Manage key conversion points across the marketing funnel, optimize campaigns and work to minimize unsubscribes

  • Segment lists based on users’ behavior and engagement, and build effective conversion journeys.

  • Regular tracking and reporting on campaign performance


Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing from a global tech company.

  • Past experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and webinar programs.

  • Native English speaker

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills

  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to simplify messaging and to tell a compelling and engaging story

  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization.

  • A self-motivated, result-driven, enthusiastic, team player with great interpersonal skills
