Customer Care Specialist
A Tel Aviv-based brain-technology startup is looking for a talented and competitive Customer Care Specialist that cares about mental health.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in an entry-level position with a lot of potential for growth in a diverse and dynamic start-up environment.
Note that the position is intended for people that are comfortable working late night hours.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Evening/night shifts (12:30pm - 9:00pm or 3:30pm - 00:00am)
- Work with the care team on new and exciting customer-facing initiatives
- Help in shaping a great product service experience
- Answer questions leads and clients have about the product
- Troubleshoot technical problems and help in resolving
- Mother-tongue level English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BONUS: Experience working with a ticketing system (Zendesk, etc.)
