Customer Care Specialist

Our client, a Tel Aviv-based brain-technology startup is looking for a talented, creative problem solver, and technologically savvy Care Specialist that cares about mental health.


This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in an entry-level position with a lot of potential for growth in a diverse and dynamic start-up environment.


Note that the position is intended for people that are comfortable working late night hours.

  • Working days: Monday - Friday

  • Shifts working schedule: 11:30am - 08:00pm | 1:30pm - 10:00pm | 4:30pm - 1:00am


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the care team on new and exciting customer-facing initiatives

  • Help in shaping a great product service experience

  • Answer questions leads and clients have about the product

  • Troubleshoot technical problems and help in resolving


Requirements

  • Mother-tongue level English - MUST!

  • Flawless verbal and written communication skills

  • Polite/cordial, customer-oriented

  • Technology intuitive/tech-savvy

  • BONUS: Experience working with CRMs and customer service
