About this position
We are looking for a native English speaker (ideally American or Canadian) with experience in content creation, content strategy, management of the content creation and publishing process as well as social media content amplification and community building experience.
As the Content Manager (CM) you will be responsible for all content and communication across our websites, sales platforms (for consumers and agents), social media, and paid ads channels. Collaborating with product management, growth marketing, and external vendors across SEO, PR, etc. you will centralize all content operations and ensure a consistent brand voice and effective communication that enable meeting business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Create and manage the overall content strategy for the website, blog, SEO, and social
Manage the full content lifecycle by combining self-creation and work with freelancers
Work with product and R&D to provide content and microcopy for all experiences
Collaborate with the growth marketing team to create and source content for organic and paid efforts
Engage with relevant thought leaders and publications for content creation and publication opportunities
Coordinate, liaise and help promote PR activities
Native English speaker – ideally American or Canadian
3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with content management for SEO purposes
Experience with website and digital products copy/microcopy
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
B2C or B2B2C experience is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
