Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Our client, an amazing mission-driven non-profit is looking for a skilled, experienced, and highly motivated marketing professional with excellent leadership, project management, measurement, and communication skills. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


The position requires 2 days in the office in Jerusalem.


As their CMO you will be part of our leadership team and have bottom-line responsibility for all our B2B and B2C marketing efforts, pushing the boundaries of non-profit innovation.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • You will create and implement a short-term and long-term strategic marketing and sales roadmap. 

  • You will be responsible for achieving our revenue targets and increased donations through effective website optimization, email, print and digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.

  • You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to help ensure the successful launch of our recently released High-Net-Worth and Corporate Donor programs. 

  • You will provide weekly and monthly reporting and findings for various marketing channels and revenue streams.


Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing and tools: PPC, Analytics, Email Marketing, Landing Pages, Sponsored Campaigns, etc.

  • Proficient with all marketing tools and platforms

  • MS Excel and Google Sheets expert

  • Effective leader with roll-up-sleeves work ethic and excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Curious and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Pursuit of continuous optimization and improvement

  • Budget planning and management with P&L responsibility

  • Accessible network of content creators, graphic designers, and campaign managers


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Familiarity with non-profits, the world of donations, and the third sector, a plus

  • 4+ years experience managing and successfully leading a digital marketing team

  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing channels

  • Fluent Hebrew & English
