Business Development Manager
Our client, a fresh startup in the DevOps space, backed by leading VCs has a unique opportunity to join them in its early stages where all the magic happens. Be the first Business Development Manager in their company!
You will be able to build, optimize, and be responsible for sales processes from the ground up. Starting from hunting, researching, and contacting potential companies and contacts, outbound campaigns, qualifying, and eventually closing each opportunity. The sky is the limit!
You will have a major impact on our product growth and company sales mindset.
Our perfect candidate is a passionate, people person, a native English speaker with excellent listening, oral, and written communications skills, a self-starter, well organized, and able to multi-task.
You’ll need to have:
Proven experience in Sales in a startup - 1-2 years
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Native-level English - both verbal and writing
Exceptional listening, oral, and written communications skills
Strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Flexibility to work during US time-zone working hours
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Successful track record of working in a team office environment
