Business Development Lead



Exciting opportunity for an experienced Biz Dev to join a fast-growing team. As a  Head Of Business Development, you’ll be in charge of managing our awesome client's offering to both direct and programmatic media buyers in the Connected TV space. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an analytical well-rounded, self-driven and persuasive salesperson, which is capable of understanding each prospect’s goals and interests.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create business relationships, recruit, negotiate, prioritize and close deals with potential content creators and advertisers.

  • Implement, test, and optimize campaigns while promoting constant improvements.

  • Create and analyze daily performance reports.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals.

  • Troubleshoot & assist operational & technical issues.

  • Follow up on industry trends and developments.


  • At least 1-year experience in business development experience with international clients.

  • High-level proficiency in written and spoken English – a must.

  • Familiar with the video advertising/ digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.

  • Strong business senses and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

  • BA/BSc degree in a relevant field - advantage
