Account Executive

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking, can-do approach AE to join a great ad-tech startup in Ramat Gan.


As an Account Executive, you will:

- Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals as well as consistently meeting monthly/quarterly performance benchmarks
- Becoming expertly knowledgeable about our company offering and promoting it to relevant B2B clients
- Building and developing a global sales pipeline across a portfolio of direct clients and agencies in the digital media industry
- Effectively searching for new sales prospects by being fully immersed in the industry, identifying new market trends, networking and attending various trade shows and industry events
- Managing the entire sales cycle from inception to deal close; including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract to sign
- Providing timely feedback to management regarding performance, forecast, and pipeline while documenting all sales activity in SalesForce CRM
- Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, renew business and share knowledge across the organization


Requirements:

-B.A./B.Sc Higher Education Degree Digital Marketing industry
- B.A./B.Sc Higher Education Degree
- Strong selling capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
-Winner: Ambitious, tenacious; persistent, goal-oriented
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Persuasion Skills
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
- English at mother-tongue level, other languages an advantage
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high activity, the high transaction environment
