A really cool AI, SaaS company is looking for an Account Executive to join their team.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable qualifying prospects, demonstrating our solution and closing sales over the phone as well as face-to-face. You will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline, managing the sales process and closing deals small and large.
In this position you will show strong empathy for our clients, identify their unique challenges, and drive adoption of our solution.
-Management of entire sales cycle including prospecting, demonstration, POC, negotiating and closing
-Receive leads from, and work together with our marketing and pre-sales teams to manage the lead pipeline, while utilizing data to accelerate the sales cycle
- Maintain an organized CRM and effectively prioritize your pipeline
-Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget and authority
-Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs for all sale opportunities, while overcoming objections with ease
-Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
-Most importantly, meet or exceed sales quota
- 2+ years’ experience in a quota carrying SaaS Sales position
- Your mother tongue is English and your written and spoken English makes Shakespeare look like an amateur
- You are naturally a people person, you know how to close deals but have a deep natural empathy for your clients
-Being a hunter is embedded in your DNA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree
